A-do in Singapore Hit Awards flashback video

(the video seems to have been taken down, so I am removing the URL and "videos" tag)

He sang the theme song as a newcomer in 1999 (unfortunately this is not in the video, but it was shown on TV a few years ago), and won the Best Newcomer (Gold) and Best Local Singer (with Stefanie Sun) in 2002 and 2003 respectively.
No nominations this year, but hopefully next year I will be filing more posts under the “Singapore Hit Awards” label with his album tentatively due this November.

Zhang Tianyang from Liaoning did pretty well for Maths in the recent National College Entrance Examination too. I had seen her posting on youyou previously, and she just registered on 国杜 to tell us the good news herself.

A word on A-do’s foreword for Queenie Tai’s Budget Study Travel

I have already gotten my copy, thanks to my dad, and I have seen the foreword. A-do and Ming Dao wrote their forewords individually, it’s just that they are both on the same page. Sorry for giving the wrong information!

To briefly translate, he plays an artillery role (incidentally, someone once posted an article on one of the fan forums about him doing something similar in National Service – Singapore’s compulsory military conscription for male teens).
