A-do will be going on One Million Singer

I noticed that there have been a couple of people coming here after Googling "One Million Singer" (or something else along that line), so will briefly write that A-do will be going on One Million Singer as part of the coming publicity for Fear No More. The other TV and radio shows he will be going on from tomorrow are stated on his pixnet blog.

I have two tests tomorrow and homework due after that, so hopefully will be back during the weekend to write something more detailed.

A-do nominated for Singapore e-Awards

As A-do has been rather quiet for the past 2 years I was pleasantly surprised to read on 成义国杜 (we are back to http://ado.5d6d.com for the time being, until the server for www.yesado.com is reopened) that he has been nominated for the Most Popular Local Singer Award.

Registration with a NRIC or FIN (Foreign Identification Number for foreigners in Singapore) is required, and only one vote can be made per day. Voting closes on 28 Feb.

My votes for the other categories are Huang Jing Lun for Most Popular Male Singer, and Cheer Chen's 《鱼》(a beautiful song about moving on in life) as the Radio 100.3 Most Popular Song.

By the way, A-do's debut was on 1 April 2002, not 2001 as stated in the article. (In fact, there are currently no posts tagged 2001 here.)

After hearing《听见牛在哭》on radio 1003

It's wonderful, it sounds a little like one of the nice songs from the 90s. The DJs even took the trouble to announce the names of the lyricists (Eric Lin and Dr. Moon) and the composer (Dr. Moon) at the beginning of the song.

It will also be aired tomorrow, 3 Feb. Hit FM will be airing it for the first time at 10am, so it should be around the same time in Singapore too.
