Because of H1N1…

(Deleted the previous video because I couldn’t encode it not to automatically start playing after loading, so will repost it once the previous video has moved to the next page of entries.)

Due to the emergence of the first locally transmitted case of H1N1 in Guangzhou, temperature screening has been stepped up at the local airport. taozideshouhou who studies medicine said that her coursemates are on duty there to do the screening. “So A-do, don’t come to Guangzhou, or I will be putting in an application to take your temperature!”

I replied, “I believe the airports use thermal scanners (which the passengers just walk through)?”

“Oh, is it? That’s just the 1st stage, if anyone’s temperature exceeds 37 degrees Celsius they will be taken aside to have their temperature taken again manually.”

Of course, all of the above was said with no ill intention.
